<li><b>Legal research &amp; analysis</b>&nbsp;on German corporate law, regulations, and compliance topics.</li><li><b>Draft &amp; review contracts</b>&nbsp;(NDAs, employment contracts, sales terms) and support contract management.</li><li><b>Support corporate legal matters&nbsp;</b>including governance, policies, regulatory compliance, in collaboration with top law firms.</li><li><b>Assist with IP &amp; data privacy topics</b>, including GDPR compliance and trademark administration.</li><li><b>Collaborate with internal teams &amp; external partners</b>&nbsp;to support legal projects and process improvements.</li>

<li><b>Currently enrolled in a Law degree</b>&nbsp;(for Bachelor min. 4th&nbsp;semester) or pursuing a state examination degree (Main Studies).</li><li><b>Strong academic performance</b>&nbsp;with a keen interest in corporate law, governance, and data privacy.&nbsp;</li><li>Previous&nbsp;<b>legal working experience</b>&nbsp;is a big plus but not required.</li><li>Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.</li><li>Detail-oriented with the ability to&nbsp;<b>manage multiple tasks</b>.</li><li>Fluent&nbsp;<b>German (C2) and English (C1)</b>&nbsp;skills, both written and spoken.</li>
